updates on DB pains
37 hours after training; arms and shoulders still aching although not as much, thighs are aching, calves are (surprisingly) not aching, sides of chest are starting to ache, back of arms are starting to ache, biceps not as bad as 24 hours after training.

hate Maths. The Maths genius in my team isn't helping, either. First he wants intervals of 10 seconds, then 5 seconds, then 1 second, and now he wants 10 seconds. there's a first time for everything
yesterday was the first training of LD for me. the lion head was surprisingly heavy and I had muscle ache the whole night. luckily I didn't have any muscle ache in the morning. there's this senior who kept smiling and laughing when he was teaching me how to control the lion head even though there wasn't anything to laugh about. (maybe he was laughing at me?! >:!!) but that's pretty cute ahah. I like people who laugh alot. yay.

There's this person who's seriously irritating the shit out of me. And is, as usual, stupid enough not to check if the mass convo included our team. Why, thank you for reminding us that you're oh so tired because of DB training yesterday. Like hello? Don't you think that the rest of us or tired as well? Would you like to have fever for 3 days and not eat much? Fuck you. (Not that I'm willing to)

OC for the past three days. But I only went for yesterday and today's one. And I left early today haha. I think sparks flew.

But somehow the sparks got even stronger today, but it seems to have died down on the other side...

On a side note, C and D sat down for a serious talk. I helped to jump-start the talk and wanted to leave since I felt like I was disturbing, but C didn't let me. Lawl. So I just helped C with what was needed.
