bad day. Seems like the 27th just isn't my day. Got really disappointed when my mum insisted on not getting a SLR for me, not even the body alone. Woke up in a horrible mood after 13 hours of sleep, and lost a little of my temper. Looked at my phone and saw 3 messages. One telling me that my friend wrote my address on the envelop wrongly, one telling me that my sister will only come home on Monday, and one other one. Then went online only to have Samuel tell me that he can't make it to Sentosa tomorrow (I was so looking forward to going). I couldn't even bathe in peace because the stupid showerhead kept falling off its thinger. Had a okay dinner with parents, then went back home to watch the GP. Things picked up after that and watched a drama with my mum. Oh well. Oh yeah, my mum told my dad that I drove his car after my sister told me not to tell my dad. Oh maaaan.

Oh yeah, I randomly dreamed of a pair of pretty handsome twins. XD and I remember seeing an LV backpack and a Mac.

I had my first driving experience this afternoon. :D It was just for a while though, and on a straight road. Thanks to my sister, who let me drive even though we were late for meeting some of our friends. I must say, I think I'm a pretty good driver. 8D
My sister was a little reluctant to let me drive past those parked cars on the road because it's a 2 lane road, but I drove past without any accidents. XD She switched on the hazard lights because she thinks that I'm a hazard on the road! >: HOW MANY 16 YEAR OLDS GET TO DRIVE HUH. 8DDD (granted, I'm turning 17 next month)

Also, more and more of my friends are getting SLRS, and I'm really jealous because their parents are the ones who bought for them. I'm actually really disappointed that my parents refused to get one for me, but I'm really really really hoping to get one this birthday. I'm praying for it to happen. C: I'm really interested in all kinds of photography, even film and lomography, and especially B&W. I don't mind having a lomography camera, but of course my first choice would be the Canon EOS 450D because of the features and the fact that I'm free to change the settings and lens at will. Pray for me too okay! XD

Hey guys. Forgot to blog the past few days LOL. I think I'd better make "Likes&Dislikes" a weekly thing from now on so I won't feel guilty LOL.

Charmaine and Daryl are here to stay over today! :D We went for supper at 11.30pm. I didn't know which bus stop to stop at so we walked instead. The worst thing was after we walked to the next one, I remembered how to take the bus there and... it was only one stop away. Charmaine was on the verge of hitting me ROFL.
They brought pancake mix over and I realised that we didn't have any more eggs. We were completely mortified and went decided to buy some on the way, only to find out that Shop 'n' Save was closed. >:
We went opposite to get our prata and Daryl did the best thing ever. He asked the prata guy if we could buy 2 eggs from them and did some weird action with his hand to try and depict eggs. Prata guy didn't understand at first but said no in the end. I think he thought we were trying to play a trick on him cos Charmaine and I were laughing so hard.
The funniest thing was when we were done, we didn't know how to pay for the food and Daryl raised his hand confidently. The prata guys in the kitchen saw us and started smiling and said we had to pay at the counter OOPS. We were rather used to eating at restaurants haha!
Oh, we found out that Cheers sold eggs and we bought a carton of 10, and 3 mini-tubs of Ben&Jerry's! Yumz. :9
Tried to watch Grotesque, but couldn't. Decided to watch The Hills Have Eyes, but they were tired and went to sleep without me. >:

On a completely random note, I need to cut my hair. It's not long, but it's not short, and I need to cut my fringe. I'll be cutting bangs again, because I was told I look good with that haha! But it's not those retarded looking ones that are above the brow, but it's supposed to be almost reaching my eyes. I really liked how I looked then. Also, I think my hair is important enough to warrant its own tag. XD

Shucks, I'm glad (not) to announce that I am confused over the Canon EOS 450D, 500D and 50D. Thank you, God, for providing me with three extremely difficult choices.

AND I HEARD FROM MR. HONKIE THAT 450D IS NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION. Should that be good or bad?!
